Anticipated Changes inMISD Assessment Profile

• Listening will be dropped from WASL.
• Science WASL scores will be reported for gr. 5,
  8, 10 from spring 04. This year we got scores
  from 8 10 only.
• ITBS to be dropped by state after 2004-05.
• Mini WASLs to be required by state in gr. 3, 5,
  6, 8 in spring 2006 (reading and math only).
• State reading and math goals have been dropped,
  replaced by ESEA (No Child Left Behind) goals.
