Now, these days Yoga or asanas and GYM is a very
necessary work in our everyday busy life for
health. We do or encounter lots of challenges
daily, so gets stress. Yoga or asanas help me to
remove this types of problem and make me fresh.
Yoga is very helpful to remove and control approx
every health problem. So, When people suffered by
hearing loss disease than, Some Yoga help to
Control Hearing loss problem. Yoga or asanas is
practiced globally these days.

Yoga for Recover Hearing Loss
Yoga improve the blood supply to the ear and make
the nervous system function better. if we have
done it regularly, could be better for the
Recovering Hearing Loss. The advantage of yoga is
it could be done any time of the day. Yoga is
also helpful in Conductive Hearing Loss. some of
the important nutrients which people should take
with the yoga, like- Vitamin E and, Folic acid,
Magnesium, Zinc, Omega-3 Fatty Acids And Vitamin
D, and Bromelain for Hearing Loss control.
For Improve Hearing Ability there are 3 different
types of Yoga is help.
  • Bhramari Pranayama.
  • Matsyasana or fish pose Yoga.
  • Shunya Mudra Yoga.

Yoga for Recover Hearing Loss
1) Bhramari Pranayama- Pranayama yoga means
control your breath. it is done in a different
way but Bhramari Pranayama is especially for
problem-related to hearing, Noise, and throat.
Bhramari Pranayama or Bee Breathing exhaling the
air during the exercise appears similar to the
humming of the Bee.
Steps for Bhramari Pranayama Yoga-
  • Sit Down in the position of the crossed leg.
  • Close eyes.
  • Close both ears by the index finger or thumb.
  • Close your mouth and take the breath deeply by
    the nose.
  • Now release the breath by the nose like humming
    sound.
  • And continue these steps for 5 to 10 times.

This yoga help to free up from blocked ear and
sinuses problem.

Yoga for Recover Hearing Loss
2) Matsyasana or fish pose Yoga- When the human
is growing, the blood supply to the head and the
part of the ear is decreased, due to the
age-related cervical spondylitis. Matsyasana
strengthens the muscles of the back of the neck,
throat, and the upper back. Its help to reduce
the stiffness and improve the blood supply in the
neck region will considerably decrease Hearing
Control.
Steps for Matsyasana Yoga-
  • Lie on your back with your hands on your side.
  • keep your palm down under your hip for support.
  • Maintain the same position and try lowering your
    head back to touch the ground.
  • Lift your chest up with the weight on the elbows
    and breathe in and out.
  • Relax as you exhale and stiffen when you inhale,
    do it as long as you are comfortable.
  • To finish, bring the head up slowly and lower the
    chest, bring back your hands to your side as in
    the starting position.

3) Shunya Mudra Yoga- Shunya Mudra is also
helpful yoga for Hearing related problem. in this
yoga, we need to use the fingers of our hand. We
know that the 5 fingers represent five different
elements of Nature. and these elements are Fire,
Air, Space, Earth, Water. The Shunya Mudra Yoga,
boosting our hearing ability, vertigo and
tinnitus problem. and for better result do it 30
to 50 minutes daily.
Steps for Shunya Mudra Yoga-
  • Sit crossed leg or in the Padmasana pose. Ensure
    that you are comfortable.
  • Bend the middle finger, bring the thumb over the
    middle finger.
  • Press the thumb gently till the middle finger
    touches the base of the thumb.
  • The thumb should exert a slight pressure to keep
    the finger in place.
