YOGA FOR FERTILITY
Infertility is very difficult phase that
couples are facing now-a days. It is due to their
lifestyle, eating junk and lack of physical
activity to digest what they eat. As a result
they face alot of problems. Our Ayurvedic experts
suggest that a proper treatment is necessary to
address this problem but doing yoga for at least
40-45 mins a day can give better results in short
span of time. Fallopian tube blockage treatment
in ayurveda enhances the overall health and
address the specific imbalances in the body.

BHUJANGASANA(COBRA POSE)
Bhujangasana increases the blood flow in pelvic
region and improve digestion. It also opens your
lungs and chest area. It helps to strengthening
the back.
SETU BANDHASANA( BRIDGE POSE)
Setu Bandhasana allows your pelvic region to open
and expand. It increases the blood flow and
activate the lower parts of the body. Avoid this
asana during mensturation.

DHANURASANA (BOW POSE)
Dhanurasana will stretch the entire front body
and strengthens the back muscles. It stimulate
the reproductive organs, relieve the menstural
discomfort.
PADMASANA( LOTUS POSE)
It helps to calm the mind and deepen the
meditation . It lower your blood pressure,
stimulate the pelvis, spine, abdome and reduce
the menstural discomfort.

SHALABHASANA(LOCUST POSE)
Shalabhasana is known for yoga exercises for
blocked fallopian tubes, strengthening the
muscles of the back, buttocks, and legs, as well
as improving flexibility in the spine
BADDHA KONASANA (BUTTERFLY POSE)
This pose helps to open the hips ,stretches the
inner thighs and stimulate the ovaries and
prostate gland. Regular practice can increaese
the circulation in pelvic area and enhance
fertility.

PASCHIMOTTANASANA ( SEATED FORWARD BEND)
Paschimottanasna activate the uterus and ovaries
and release the depression and stress. It
stretches the spine and hamstrings.
SARVANGASANA(SHOULDER STAND)
It is believed to balance the hormones, stimulate
the thyroid gland, and enhance blood flow to the
uterus. It strenghthen the upper body.

USTRASANA (CAMEL POSE)
This pose helps in stimulation of reproductive
organs, increse the blood flow to the pelvic area
and release tension in the back and shoulders.
Regular practice can increase flexibility, reduce
stress and enhance fertility.
BALASANA(CHILD POSE)
This pose helps to rejuvnate the body and helps
you to relax. It relaxes the mind , spine and
pelvic area and stimulates ovaries.
