Be More Active
  • 30-60 minutes of physical activity on most days
    of the week can lower blood pressure lower
    cholesterol.
  • Exercise helps you maintain a healthy weight,
    reduces stress, and improves your overall health.

Quit Smoking
  • Smokers are twice as likely to die from a heart
    attack than non-smokers.
  • If you quit right now, your body can repair much
    of the damage from cigarettes within a year.

Maintain a Healthy Weight
  • Physical activity combined with good nutrition is
    the best way to maintain a healthy weight.
  • Reducing your weight just by 10 can decrease
