  amount of material to be covered and limited time
  we have together, questions that arise of
  interest to all, will be collected.
• If time allows questions will be addressed during
  the presentation. If time runs short the
  questions and the answers will be posted in the
  Leadership Links Forum Area in the Members Only
  Area of the EWGA Website.
• Since the session is being recorded, attendees
  will be muted during the training session. You
  may submit questions via the Q A area or the
  Chat area located on the right hand side of your
  computer screen during the web conference.

  out to both current and prospective members
  through emails, flyers, word of mouth?
• Are event coordinators and program administrators

• Provide feedback to Chapter Board Association
  Headquarters (AHQ)
• For each event, create a report for Chapter
  records that includes event specifics such as
  pricing, marketing strategies, number of
  participants, facility contacts, likes dislikes
  (Program Summary)
• Use summaries for Board reports and for GEPD
  survey administered by AHQ at the end of the
  season
