While the C-1 version of the Chapter bylaws call
for the appointment of 2 members to each
committee in addition to the Chairperson, the
actual number of committee members should
increase in proportion to Chapter membership
growth and in relation to total Chapter
membership.

Ongoing - AHQ Monitors

• Chapter following dues submission process
• Chapter notifies EWGA within thirty (30) days of
  any change in any member's membership status
• Chapter uses logo and abides by logo usage
  guidelines .
• Chapter provides USGA / RCGA approved Handicap
  Service which is the Golf Life Management System.
• Conduct a Chapter Championship following all
  Championship guidelines
• Minimum 25 members

Chapters Annual Submissions

• Chapter's Annual Business Plan Budget Prepared
  and Submitted to AHQ Jan 31
• Chapter submits annually, an accounting of the
  status of Chapter account(s). To be prepared by
  Treasurer and contain Income Statement and
  Profit Loss Statement, and a copy of the
  year-end statement from any/all bank accounts.
  Mar 31
• All required state and federal tax forms and
  informational returns filed by filing due date
  (Form 990, Form 990-EZ, Form 1120, etc.) June
  30 or filing date
• Chapter submits to AHQ Chapter Information Update
  Form  Dec 1
• Chapter Annual Report showing what was
  accomplished in relation to the Chapter Business
  Plan in the key focus areas submitted to AHQ
  Dec 31
