    branding and marketing opportunities
  • Promote education and cultural awareness for all
    employees

    goals and objectives

  • Provide parameters on mission statements,
    activities, initiatives that will be supported by

    should be open to all employees
  • Advise that participation is voluntary
  • Provide template proposals, by-laws, and mission
    statements
  • Prohibit ERGs with a political objective
  • Disallow proposed ERGs that intentionally oppose
    any other ERG or segment of the employee
    population

    establish National Assocation of Asian American
    Professionals (NAAAP) - Colorado, a 501(c)(3)
    organization, to
  • a) offer leadership development programs around
    Asian cultures for Asian Americans
  • b) serve as a platform for sharing Asian ERG
    best practices and for starting a new Asian ERG
  • c) help advance the local Asian community
  • In North America, we establish a strategic
    partnership to support and leverage NAAAP local
    organizations to help bring best practices and
    build a better community
  • NAAAP is the network for Asian American leaders.
