CLIL refers to situations where subjects, or
parts of subjects, are taught through a foreign
language with dual-focussed aims, namely the
learning of content, and the simultaneous
learning of a foreign language.
(David Marsh)
CE ESTE C.L.I.L ? CLIL
se refera la situatii in care discipline sau
parti ale unei discipline sunt gandite printr-o
limba straina cu dublu scop, respectiv invatarea
continutului si a unei limbi straine.

18
CLIL simultaneously teaches the language
required for school learning and promotes
thinking skills.
(J. Brewster)
CLIL invata simultan limbajul cerut de disciplina
cat si abilitati de gandire.
19
Cross curricular language learning in primary
school is linked to an integrated curriculum and
holistic approach a portion of a subject (e.g
Science/Water) is examined from different
perspectives (such as scientific, geographical,
poetry, art, drama).
Invatarea transcurriculara a limbajului in scoala
primara este bazata pe un curriculum integrat si
pe o abord are holistica o parte a unei
materii(eg. Stiinte- Apa) este examinata din
diferite perspective(din punct de vedere
stiintific,geografic,poetic,artistic,etc)
20
There are no prescribed models - schools are
encouraged to contextualise the issues and
formulate their own models (Do Coyle). CLIL may
be implemented in a variety of ways and in very
different situations it can refer to the whole
year instruction of one or more subjects such
as biology, history or math or the teaching of
a module on a specific topic or part of a regular
course (like healthy eating or air pollution)
  • Nu exista modele prestabilite-scolile sunt
incurajate sa se adapteze contextului si sa
    formuleze propriile modele.
  • CLIL poate fi implementata in forme variate si in
