• Purpose of the system
• The Dental Office Software is a fully
  automated web site whose purpose is to simplify
  the tedious tasks performed by doctors, nurses
  and patients every day in healthcare environment.
  Below is a list of just some of the features that
  we offer to users.

• Register if new user
• View a doctors schedule and Make an
  appointment
• View his own appointments.
• Nurses
• Register a new patient
• Create an appointment online simply by
  selecting a patient
• and the doctor that the patient will be
  visiting.
• Can view all patients appointments with all
  doctors

• MySql database system as data storage.
• JSP/Servlets technologies acting as middle layer
  between requests coming from web browser or other
  http clients and the database.
• JSTL tag library
• Java Platform SE 5.0 for developing (javabeans)
• Tomcat server as web server
• JavaScript to handle to client check

• This software would give a patient the
  opportunity to take an appointment from home
  without having to be put on hold on phone or walk
  in.
