Track Visitor Permit Application

• Application for TVP can be made by NCCA web user
  types Sponsor, Training Company, Trainer,
  Assessment Company and Workplace Assessor.
• Select Track Visitor Permit Application from
  Options in Administration tab.

Disclaimer

• User completing application to complete name and
  disclaimer.
• Click proceed.

Basic information

• Enter details of individual to whom the permit
  will be issued and dates, times and locations in
  which it will be used and the purpose of the
  visit.
• Sponsor site ID of company sponsoring the TVP
  must be entered. Search box available.

Medical declaration

• All questions in medical declarations must be
  completed.
• Select option to either print TVP locally or
  enter email address for TVP to be sent by NCCA as
  a PDF file.
• Click proceed to generate TVP. If application is
  accepted it will be generated either as a
  document for local download or will be emailed to
  given address.
• Safety aide memoir will be issued with each TVP.

Unaccepted application

• If the answer is Yes to any of the questions in
  the medical declaration, a further medical
  assessment is required. A further application
  for a TVP can be made once the medical assessment
  has been carried out.
• A TVP will not be issued if the individual is
  currently suspended on the NCCA database, or they
  declare the use of illegal drugs during the last
  12 months.
