  • Data shows that candidates who test INF have
    significantly higher pass rates

  • When removing challengers, rate remains 68
  • RTS which offer training must offer
    state-approved training.

ADA notes
  • Majority of ADA requests involve deaf/hard of
    hearing candidates
  • Many modifications can be made
  • Eliminating skill is not an option
  • Modifications usually are aligned with
    modifications used in training (i.e.
    interpreters)
