Information and communication technology is one
of the most important cornerstones in more and
more data and knowledge intensive health care
sector. However these factors dont create
productivity benefits spontaneously. The growth
of productivity is connected to the process and
organisational innovations and not only to the
growth of using ICT. In health care sector it is
important to invest to the growth of
productivity which also improves the staffs well
being at work and by this way the longer staying
in work life.
