• Adrenaline A hormone that produces the feeling
  of sudden increased energy
• Articulation The clear pronunciation of words
• Pliable Supple, flexible
• Stage Fright Feeling nervous before or during a
  performance
• Vocalizing Singing without words

Relaxation

• Relaxation techniques are different from warm-up
  exercises.
• Warm-up exercises are best done after putting the
  body into a relaxed state therefore, they
  usually come after relaxation techniques.

Vocal Exercises

• Smile!
• Say eeee.
• Then say ooo.
• Then say me-moo, tee-too, bee-boo,
  gee-goo, and lee-loo.
• Begin a slow yawn and make the sound ahhhh as
  you exhale.
