    serves the Organizational Strategy and
    accomplishes the Mission

  • Throughout the discussions over the five months
    of this process there were four persistent themes
    that flowed through all levels of the analysis.
    As we worked through the process we determined
    that these themes were completely interdependent
    and interrelated they all tie in and rely on
    each other for success.

Mission Map
  • The Mission Map is a graphic representation of
    the Organizational Strategy. It illustrates at a
    glance the Mission, the Core Competencies and the
    Strategic Objectives of the SARCA. It
    demonstrates the Ends, Ways and the Means for the
    organization. The Mission Map is in the tense of
    the should be now - it says what SARCA should
    be doing and how it should do it.
