Research IssuesDesign of Location Aware Software
  • There is a need for a general location
    architecture
  • What are the additional constraints a location
    aware application have on the system and what
    additional constraints does the system imply on
    the application?
  • How should the location software notify the
    applications and how should applications
    retrieve location information?
  • What are the parameters needed for a globally
    functioning positioning service?
