• Each individual to enter hours earned in ELIS
  within specified time limits
• Each individual will keep Evidence of Completion
  form for 6 yrs for presentation if/when audited
  by ROE or ISBE

  if/when PD hours are desirable because
• Criteria for credit is very specific
• Documentation is crucial
• Annual data on affect is required to ISBE
• Exact records must be kept over time.
