• LEAs/PSAs submit any ISD ARRA expenditures to ISD
  for reimbursement
• MDE is closely monitoring the draw down of ARRA
  funds
• ISD/LEA/PSAs planning on recoding any Regular
  IDEA ARRA grant funds
• Activities and expenditures must be approved
  first through an amendment to applications
