Students learn most effectively when they are
engaged, actively participating, and feel a sense
of purpose and ownership for the learning
process. Teachers have to experience this type
of instruction in order to deliver it to
students.

• learn how to restructure classrooms for
  technology integration
• incorporate more technology into the
  teaching/learning process
• develop cross-curriculum integration
• develop best-practice teaching strategies
• become empowered to work collaboratively for
  greater productivity
