NUTRITION OF PREGNANT WOMAN
  • Nutrition should be given special attention.
    Products should be fresh and high quality. Forget
    about cheap semifinished products, which ,as a
    rule, comprise preservatives and can be stored
    very long time. Considering increase in appetite
    during pregnancy ,the quantity of a food should
    increase proportionally to frequency rates of
    reception of the food. You shouldn't force
    yourself to eat a bit of meat only because it
    contains essential protein for you and your baby
    . Always it is possible to find an alternative.
    After meal ,the 20 minutes walks will be very
    useful for easing work of a gastroenteric tract .

CULTURE OF FEED
  • The Balanced diet - one of the basic condition of
    favorable course of pregnancy and normal
    development of fetus. The plentiful flour and
    fat food can lead excessive weight of a fetus.
