to eat in order to maintain a healthy body. How
do we know whats in the food we eat? One way
is to read the Label

Reading food labels
  • Food labels inform the consumer of the
    ingredients that make up the food. Ingredients
    are listed on the label in order, from the one
    used in the largest amount to the one used in the
    smallest amount. The list must include
    everything that was used to make the food.
