2Step 1 Send a request through SAP to activate
your voicemail box for checking it with your
e-mail client. The cost is 60 annually Step 3
Left Click on the TOOLS button. Step 4 Left
Click on E-Mail Accounts
3Step 5 Left click on Add a new e-mail account.
Then left click on the NEXT button.
4Step 6 Select POP3 as the server type by left
clicking on it. Then left click the NEXT button.
5Step 7 Please fill in your first and last name
in the field provided. Step 8 Under login
information please enter your four digit phone
number for the user name. Step 9 For the
password please enter your password that you use
to login to your voice mail account. You may
choose remember password if you would like. Step
10 For the incoming mail server (POP3) and the
outgoing mail server (SMTP) please enter the
information exactly as provided. Step 11 Left
click on more settings.
6Step 12 Under the general tab. Please enter the
mail account name exactly as it appears in the
form.
7Step 13 Left click on the connection tab. Select
Connect using my local area network (LAN)
8Step 14 Left click on the advanced tab. Step 15
Please enter the information exactly as it
appears for the incoming server (POP3) and the
outgoing server (SMTP) port numbers. Step 16
Left click on the OK button.
9Step 17 Left click on the next button.
10Last step Left click on the finish button. You
are now ready to receive all of your voice mail
in your inbox.
11THINGS TO REMEMBER
- Once your voice mail is downloaded by e-mail, the
Message Waiting on your phone will turn off. - Once your e-mail has downloaded your voice mails
to your PC, you will receive a message that you
do not have any new voice mails on the system if
you login to your voice mail via phone. - If you are away from your desk, it is recommended
you check your voice mail periodically for new
voice mails.
