  • Protein helps with building muscles. Proteins are
    made up of amino acids, some of which are
    essential amino acids (EAAs). Proteins are known
    as the building blocks of the body. I believe
    that we must take the protein that suits us.
    There are many options quinoa, pea, milk, brown
    rice, egg, fish, meat, etc. Some popular protein
    powder brands for lean muscles are MB, Oziva,
    MyProtein, ON, etc. 
  • When you workout, your body burns calories and
    your muscles need protein to repair themselves.
    This is where protein (either natural or
    supplements) come in. You can take a protein
    shake sometime before or after your workout to
    regain the muscle strength and build muscle.

    oils, natural and artificial flavouring
    substances, etc. and you need to read the
    contents well before selecting a product. There
