1. A Lack of Confidence Internal talking with
your self is a great way to notice yourself in
any circumstances. Sometimes, People are
negotiating with their self but in negative ways
like Can I Do It ?? or I am not good enough
or I have lack of focus or maybe I cant
survive any more and A lot of are there. This
type of negotiation is Nothing but signs of A
lack of confidence this brings up with
demotivation.

    confidence
  • They hurt by other assertions.
  • Childhood Negative nurturing
  • By past Experience
  • They Hurt By others assertions
  • Their confidence has been removed by their
    companions by saying wrong and egoistic
    sentenses like You can not doing anything
    properly. or You have lack of focus in your
    work or You have to survive not anymore in
    this field. These all the assertions ignite the
    lack of confidence.
  • If you want to overcome these assertions then you
    must be your self first and you must increase
    your self-esteem. If you are fascinated by these
    all the assertions then you must read happiness
    habits.

Every baby born into the world arrives with a
positive brian structure and During the period
of time, they gain more positive energy by their
parents. As soon as the child starts to move,
the positive input increase by saying Yes, you
can do it. or Yes, you cans But eventually,
the first steps are taken. The baby can walk,
family and friends are quite naturally invited
to share in the pleasure. But as soon as child
able to walk, the input can turn automatically
in positive affirmations to negative affirmations
like Be careful or You cant do this or
dont touch it. or You might hurt yourself by
doing this. and Eventually brain start to
experience NO-NO conditioning. 3. By past
Experience Lets take an example, You are Invited
to speech in the big stage surrounded by the
Thousand of people. If your last speech was a
disaster and worse, then your subconscious mind
proving you to You cant do this. Because of
this negative lines by your mind, you are afraid
to go to speech on the big stage.
You must eliminate this past experience from your
subconscious mind. You can break and eliminate
this as you eliminate your bad habit. You just
doing the same job when you do to eliminating
you worse habit. These all are the three factors
that ignite the lack of confidence. You must
awake your awareness for these factors. I think

things You know this !! The word worry comes
from the Anglo Saxon word weirgan which means
to strangle, to choke until there is no life
left. Worry is the most complementary factor to
alive demotivation at the office demotivation at
the work. Worry is the type of feeling where
people begin to feel worse about their future.
They think like this What will happen if I fail
to achieve this ??

They worry without achieving any income from
this. They begin to start worrying about losing
their job. Consequently, they might decrease
their motivation In other words they stung
with the demotivation.
Great Leaders will develop a total understanding
and a passionate belief that failure is not a
person but is an unattractive result. Remember
this Chinese Proverb If you do not enter a
tigers den, you cannot get his cubs. 3.
Negative Opinions Within any organization, if one
person becomes negative it spreads almost like a
forest fire and everybody becomes negative. Any
person who is unable or unwilling to understand
fully the danger and effect of negative opinion
will never be able to master motivation. This
surely has the single and most evil demotivator.
Remember this, Most success and Potential
success has been destroyed by the negative
opinion of people by any other factors. It is
the harmfulness of what people say to each other
the criticizing, condemning and complaining the
moaning, the griping, the unkind gossip and the
negative rumours are all the father of the
negative opinion.

A negative group or team becomes an unproductive
group or team. Negative peoples Loses their
productive capability. This is the such most
impactful destroyer of potential success and
achievement. You must understand these negative
opinions and try to eliminate this. 4. Feeling
Unimportant I am Insignificant !! or I am not
Useful anymore are friends of feeling
unimportant. When people feel unimportant, they
might be demotivated, of course. You can easily
prevent this by good management. There is a
lovely example of a person visiting a building
site. On speaking to one bricklayer he asked him
what he was doing, to which the bricklayer
replied I am laying bricks. The second
bricklayer was asked the same question, to which
he replied I am building a wall, and the
third bricklayer responded to that same question
with I am building a house. The third
bricklayer obviously felt he was part of the
project and he most certainly felt very
important. This is the great story and most of

The easiest way to eliminate this feeling is
Look to see what you can do for another person
Try to help them with losing your ego and you
will feel important and precious about
yourself. You can get what you want if you help
enough other people to get what they want

    always last to hear.

This all is summed up by the poor communication
and inaccurate information. Remember, You should
not rely on the rumours. You should accept the
right and accurate information.

of training. With this changing world, people at
work given new responsibilities and new tasks.
People who are lack trained, usually they dont
do the job because they dont know how to do it,
or they dont do it because of the fear of
