• Do you have a valid idea?

When you make the decision to start a business
you must make sure theres a a market for what
you want to sell.

• Who is your Perfect Customer?

If youre trying to sell to everyone youre
selling to no one.

• What is your Marketing Strategy to reach your
  Perfect Customer?

Youll need a very well-defined and thought out
marketing strategy of exactly HOW youre going
to reach your Perfect Customer and how
youre going to get their business.

• Dont be a Squirrel.

Squirrel is a term I came up with for people that
have too much chaos in their heads and are
indecisive. If you have a strategy, commit to it!

• Focus and clarity reign supreme in success!

Successful people have one thing in common, laser
focus.

• Marketing Strategy

If you dont know how to make money in your
business youll fail. Learn about marketing.
Learn how to leverage it to grow your business.

The Entrepreneur Thats Been Around for a While
Youre not new to the entrepreneur scene! Perhaps
youve been around a while but cant seem to get
to where you want/need to be?

• Doing business the same way in a world thats
  changed around you. Doing all the same things
  while expecting a different outcome.

If you dont make changes, change doesnt happen,
youll continue to get the same mediocre or bad
results youve always gotten.

• Does your marketing strategy include the Internet?

If youre existing strategy doesnt include the
Internet not only are you leaving money from lost
sales on the table but giving away business to
your competitor.

• Existing Customer Plan

How are you leveraging your most valuable asset?
The most valuable asset in your business is your
list and your existing customers.

• Ego

Ive witnessed ego holding back entrepreneurs
that have been around for a while. This is the
way weve always done it. This is the way my
family ran this business for years. Does any of
that sound familiar? Then your problem is called
ego and ego doesnt write checks.

If any of the things Ive demonstrated are
problems youre facing, I sincerely hope youll
address them now before you go any further.
Honestly, you may need to do things that are
scary to achieve success in your business, for
example, investing properly. I made the
incredible mistake of trying to teach myself
everything because I didnt trust anyone. I also
didnt understand the concept of profitability
and, as a result, my success took YEARS.
Invest in coaches and mentors that have been
through the maze and can shave years off your
struggle period!
They can keep you from making mistakes that cost
you failure and time.

Struggling is a choice.
