Teuton Resources Corp. acquired its first claims
in the Stewart Region in 1982. In the intervening
25 years it has grown to be the largest landowner
in the district, with over 1,100 square miles of
claims in 56 separate properties. In 1989-90,
the region drew international attention with the
discovery of the fabulously rich Eskay Creek
mine, now recognized as the highest-grade,
precious metal rich VMS deposit in the world.
The mine is in its 12th year of production and
has been a prolific money-maker for owner Barrick
Gold. Much earlier, in the early 1920s, the
Stewart Region hosted North Americas best
dividend-paying gold minethe Premier. In its
first two years it shipped ore directly to
smelter averaging 4.24 oz/ton gold and 141 oz/ton
silver. But that is not why the region is
currently again in the eyes of the international
mining community. For that you have to look to
the emergence of a new deposit type, one that has
already established resources containing over 50
billion dollars worth of copper and
gold............
3
Mega-Tonnage Porphyry Copper-Gold and Gold
Deposits The new darling of the Stewart Region
GALORE CREEK Teck Cominco very recently signed an
agreement with NovaGold to develop the giant
Galore Creek and adjacent Copper Canyon
copper-gold deposits. The 2 billion capital
intensive project has received permitting
approval and construction is expected to commence
imminently aimed at production in 2012.
The project represents one of the largest mining
start-ups ever in western Canada, and is seen
widely as an endorsement of British Columbias
mining-friendly policies. Over the next four
years as the project unfolds, development of
infrastructure is expected to dramatically
increase exploration spending elsewhere in the
region, beyond the record levels already forecast
for 2007.

THE STEWART REGION Recent Developments
  • GALORE CREEK
  • NovaGold-Teck Cominco joint venture announced in
    May 2007
  • 2-billion capital project to build an open-pit
    gold-copper-silver mine at Galore Creek
  • The Galore Creek project is the largest capital
    mining project in BC history
  • Reserves of 8.2 million oz. gold and 7.8 billion
    lbs copper
  • Minimum expected mine life of 20 years
  • Teutons Frey, Odin and Thor claims cover large,
    prospective sections of geologically favourable
ground southeast of Galore along regional strike.

SULPHURETS CREEK Not as well known as Galore
Creek, this district some 100 kilometres to the
southeast, is set to become the dominant play in
the region within the next few years. A cluster
of deposits controlled by Seabridge Gold and
Silver Standard Mines already boast a mineral
endowment which surpasses that of Galore Creek.
Very large exploration programs (circa 8 million
combined) planned by Seabridge Gold and Silver
Standard this summer are expected to dramatically
increase resources because most of these
deposits remain open to extension to depth and
along strike.

THE STEWART REGION Recent Developments
  • SULPHURETS CREEK
  • (Seabridge Gold, Silver Standard)
  • Emerging poryphyry copper-gold district
  • Global resources stand at 20 million oz. gold and
    5 billion lbs copper
  • Most deposits remain open for extension
  • 8 million earmarked for exploration in 2007
  • Teutons Treaty Creek property controls
    northeastern extension of the district

  • TEUTON BUSINESS MODEL
  • CORPORATE STRATEGY
  • Acquire mineral properties at low cost, primarily
by staking, in regions with high potential and
    known to the company.
  • Enhance the value of the properties by carrying
    out targeted grass roots exploration.
  • Seek out third parties willing to option our
mineral properties on favourable terms, but
retain 40 to 50 of property so that shareholders
benefit in the event of a major discovery.

TEUTONS NEWLY ACQUIRED PROPERTIES
Copper Valley
  • In 2007, Teuton Resources Corp. increased its
landholdings with 8 new properties, covering 697
    square miles.
  • These 8 properties represent a 157 increase in
    Teutons landholdings.
  • The properties trend northwest, following the
northwest geological trend in the region and link
the Treaty Creek area with the Galore Creek area.
  • The northernmost property, Copper Valley, covers
an extensive area of highly anomalous stream
sediment copper values (per BC Govt Regional
    Geochemistry Survey).

TREATY CREEK HIGHLIGHTS
  • 11,425 ha in prolific mineral belt surrounded by
Eskay Creek Mine and bulk tonnage deposits lying
    along Sulphurets trend
  • Recently optioned to American Creek Resourcesthe
strongest option agreement ever negotiated by
Teuton Resources. American Creek plans to drill
up to 10,000 metres on Treaty Creek in 2007.
  • The highly favourable terms (5million to earn a
50 interest over 3 years) reflect the propertys
    outstanding potential for Sulphurets-type Cu-Au
    deposits
  • The property is adjacent to the Kerr-Sulphurets
Properties of Seabridge Gold and Silver Standard,
which hold an estimated total of 20 million oz of
gold and 4.98 billion pounds of copper
  • The Sulphurets trend extends into the Treaty
Creek property and the property has an identical
geological setting and pattern of mineralization
as the adjacent Seabridge Gold and Silver
    Standard properties.
  • 3 million of historical exploration (1983-2005)
on the Treaty Creek property has defined multiple
    gold and gold-silver targets.

Eskay Creek Analogue
A total of 3,060 meters of drilling was conducted
on the project in 2006. The Eskay Creek-style
geological environment shows high grade gold and
silver mineralization a quartz vein breccia in
close association with a volcanic-sediment
(mudstone) contact. Drill results to date at the
Del Norte Project include bonanza precious metal
grades of 110 oz/ton silver and 2.08 oz/ton gold
over 2.8 ft within a 51 foot mineralized
interval grading 0.363 oz/ton gold
equivalent. Recent results from the 2006
drilling program confirm the silver and gold rich
nature of the mineralizing system at Del Norte.
The Eskay Creek geological model continues to
guide exploration at Del Norte. The Company
feels there may be a link between the contact
style quartz vein breccia hosted gold and silver
mineralization at Del Norte and numerous
conductive exhalites in the black mudstones at
Del Norte. A precious metal enriched exhalite in
mudstones forms the main ore body at Eskay Creek.
The Eskay Creek Mine (70 km northwest) produced
over 14 million ounces silver and over
20,000 ounces gold in 2004.

  •     Intersected mineralization at 1300m (4300
ft) above sea level while previous drilling
intersected mineralization down to 300m (1000 ft)
above sea level in the South Zone.
