- City Council approved Bond Project Selection
Guide included criteria that projects should
leverage dollars for infrastructure improvements - Proposed Bond Program includes 28 total projects
leveraging funds and/or assets - 8 park, recreation, open space, and athletics
related projects - 1 library project
- 2 public health facility projects
- 15 street projects
- 2 drainage projects
- For 11 leveraged non-street/drainage projects,
Business Agreement Terms were established by City
staff and representatives for partnering-entity - Meetings conducted in January and February with
City staff, Legal Counsel, and partnering-entities

- Develop binding funding agreements that include
aspects of development, use, operation, and
management - Future negotiation and final approval required by
City and Entity - Optimal strategy to have final development
agreement approved before Bonds are issued for
project - Develop and execute project delivery plans for

electrical, and plumbing improvements - Located on approximately 2.33 acres of land

City adjacent to the parking lot at Mission del
Lago Golf Course - City will own and operate park and associated

- Park/sports facilities open to the public
166 - Kingsborough Walking Track Lighting
- General Project Description
- Collaboration with Harlandale Independent School
District (HISD) - Construction of a lighted walking track with
curbing adjacent to the Kingsborough City Park - City will pay for the lighting equipment
- HISD will pay for construction, curbing, and
granite for the track project

- HISD will own the Kingsborough School Walking
Trail and will be responsible for its maintenance

electricity costs to operate walking trail

District (ACCD) - Development of Phase II of the soccer field at
Palo Alto College - Phase II includes lighting, grandstands, parking,
and restroom facilities - Development may also include a second smaller
soccer field

Wetlands Conservation Education Center - Development to include outdoor pavilion with
lighting, public restroom, and additional parking

- General Project Description
- Collaboration with non-profit CentroMed to
construct a new Community Health Center - Primary medical, dental, and mental health
services - Ancillary services including radiology, lab, and
pharmacy specialty care and wellness
programming such as cardiovascular exercise
instruction and cooking classes - 64,000 sq ft. of development on CentroMed-owned
land

- CentroMed will retain ownership and operation of
the facility - CentroMed will be responsible for all operation

- Collaboration with non-profit CommuniCare Health
Centers to renovate the Barrio Family Health
Center - Renovation to include two medical pods,
separate waiting areas, expanded and improved
laboratory area, replacement of the aging roof,
and accommodations for electronic medical records
system
