Anhoch is a Macedonian IT company which
manufactures, distributes and maintain computer
systems and IT equipment.
From its founding up till now, Anhoch manages to
gain status of one of the best and most famous IT
companies in Macedonia.
Anhoch has been assessed and certified as meeting
the requirements of ISO90012000 for the
following activities Production, sales and
maintenance of IT technology products. Provision
of IT technical support and services.

Road to success
1993 -
The road to success of Anhoch begun with the name
Anhoch Trade in 1993, when the company embarked
on a travel during the troubling times when
Macedonia was becoming independent, in hard
conditions of political and economical
instability. Even though it started with only
three employees, on the road, more and more
people was joining the ride and with their
expertise and commitment, they contributed to the
consolidation of the companys status among the
customers and help the company to stand out from
the other alike. Since then the development rate
of the company is ascending and at this moment it
is one of the most successful and most respected
companies in Macedonia. After the founding, the
rapid development of the IT technologies in the
world, their ever growing involvement in the
everyday life and work, and Macedonias
acceptance of that world trend, conditioned the
increase of the demand and with that the need to
expand the work space and to increase the
production.
1995 -
Therefore, in 1995, Anhoch Trade moves into new
offices and with increased number of employees
continues its road to success with greater
intensity. In situation of though competition,
with first media advertising and an attractive
offer, Anhoch Trade succeeds to impose itself to
the customers and to win a place on the
Macedonian IT sky.

Road to success
1996 -
In 1996, the next big successful step is made
Anhoch Trade penetrates the boundaries of the
local market and expands itself on a national
level. Anhoch Trade begins cooperation with more
local firms from the other cities and starts to
sell its products nationwide.
1997 -
Naturally, all of that, together with the
increase of the employees number, again
conditions a larger workspace. Therefore Anhoch
Trade, towards the end of 1997 - the beginning of
1998, moves again in new offices that will
finally satisfy the company's needs. It also
changes its name into Anhoch.
2000 -
Anhoch is already on the top of success. The name
is accepted as a synonym for quality. And again,
new offices 500m2 in the exclusive part of the
town. The Offer is comprised of products from the
top world manufacturers.
2001 -
In this year, something happens that is not only
of great importance only for Anhoch but for the
Macedonian IT society as well. For the first time
in Macedonia, Brand name computer systems appear
Anhoch Altea and Anhoch Goliath. They represent a
revolution for the Macedonian IT society because
for the first time in Macedonia, systems with
such quality, warranty and support are offered.

Road to success
2003 -
Another very important year for Anhoch. In June,
2003, Anhoch opens a new Retail Division called
PC Market(s). The first retail shop is, as you
may call it, a quick stop shop, located in the
very frequent City mall, that enables greater
availability of the products to the customers.
Also, this year Anhoch becomes Microsoft
Certified Partner.
2004 -
This year, the company celebrates two important
anniversaries 10 years from the founding of the
company and 3 years from the appearance of the
first Macedonian Brand Name computer systems.
Also, this year, the Anhoch Brand Name systems
gain the prestige Microsoft Certificate Designed
for Microsoft Windows XP.
2005 -
Since the beginning, the road to success of
Anhoch maintains the ascending trend. But it
leaves us no room for inaction. It only
encourages us to improve ourselves on daily bases
and to introduce better services and products in
order to keep the place we rightfully earned. We
represent an example for successful business and
we intend to remain like that. We are proud of
the achieved and we strive for more. Let us
introduce our company in more detail.

Company policy
The thing that makes Anhoch different than the
others is its orientation towards quality and
customer satisfaction for a competitive price.
Unlike the other firms, which focus is aimed on
profit, this quality and satisfaction oriented
attitude, in fact, placed Anhoch on the position
it is now. That is why reaching of an
unsurpassed quality and a full satisfaction of
the customers for a competitive price has been
set as a main goal in the company policy. We do
not want any customer to leave our offices
unsatisfied or not fully served. First step to
achieve our first goal is to have highly educated
staff that integrates consulting into the selling
process. That means that any customer will be
given exactly what he needs and all of his needs
will be met. The employees need to find out
exactly what the customer wants and to offer the
solution that meets that needs. Second is to
provide contracts with top world manufacturers
and suppliers that will give us a headroom to
create a quality offer for a competitive price.
Also, it is important to expand our offer of
products that we manufacture (like computer
systems) and increase their quality and
performance by research and development, so we
can achieve a vast offer that will meet any need.
Obtaining international certificates for
quality also holds a high place in our policy. So
far we have obtained the most important two
certificates ISO90012000 and Microsoft
Certified Partner for the company and Designed
for Microsoft Windows XP logo for the systems we
produce.

Company policy
The other thing that holds a very important place
in our company policy is distribution.
Maintaining and expanding our distribution
network is the second main goal we strive
for. We put a lot of resources into
accomplishing this goal. As you may notice, later
in this profile, we have a lot of distributors in
our distribution network throughout Macedonia, we
have established strong distribution channels
outside our country and we constantly tend to
increase that number. Now we may proudly
conclude that so far, we have achieved our
ultimate goal. When a customer turns to us, he is
confident that he will get a quality product for
a competitive price accompanied with an excellent
technical support. That is what contributed to
the excellent reputation our company have among
customers and its status as a safest company to
work with in Macedonia. And as they say, a good
reputation is better than any marketing.

Company vision
As we already stated, the main goal of the
company policy is to strive towards quality and
customer satisfaction for a competitive
price. Our vision is to achieve unsurpassed
results in that field. Results that can not be
matched. Other subject we focus on is expanding
our offer and availability. More various products
that encompass every aspect of an IT society.
With various technologies interleaving
nowadays, we plan to extend our range of products
from strictly computer related and to add more
home electronics, business and everyday life
gadgets. We also strive to extend the
availability of our products, to a larger
population in and out of our country. Our
intentions of expansion are based on a solid
ground. Our satisfactory business with foreign
customers and companies has already spread the
word about Anhoch outside the borders of
Macedonia. We already have a large base of
regular customers from our neighboring countries,
so extending the availability is becoming a
priority. A part of our vision is to make Anhoch
an international company.

Staff
The importance of the expertise and capability of
the staff holds a high place in a company like
this. They are the engine of the company and if
the staff is fault, then nothing works as it
should. Thats why we keep close attention to
that part of the business. In order to keep the
high standards we impose to ourselves, we ask our
staff to be highly professional at all of the
time. They have to be polite, friendly, to follow
the trends and the news in the field and to be
always in a mood to help. We are proud of our
staff. During the years we have managed to
assemble a winning team in all of our
departments. Every member of our team is an
expert in their field. For example, our service
and technical support department is comprised of
Microsoft Engineers, while our sales department
have excellent sales experts. They are all
excellent individuals, but whats most important,
they are all excellent team players. And all of
them strictly follow the Company Policy about the
quality of service and the satisfaction of the
customer.

PC Market
Situated in the centre of the city, in the City
Trade Centre (GTC), this is the perfect place to
get what you need every day (except Sundays) from
900 till 2100. This is a part of Anhoch,
intended mostly for people who are more in a
hurry. You can call it something like a quick
stop shop where you can get in, get served and
get out in 10 minutes, if you like. Still, it
doesnt mean that you cant stick around for a
while. The employees are technically educated
and will answer every question you throw at them.
You can get a fairly good consulting about what
to buy. Definitely a place to visit! The new PC
Market is about to open at the end of this year,
and the third one is scheduled to be opened in
the second quarter of the year 2006. With those
three shops and the headquarters as a forth one
(the first floor is working with end users), we
cover the whole capital and again we hold the top
position on this market

Distribution Network
Anhoch is mainly distribution through other
distributors oriented, so we put a lot of effort
into this field of business. As you may notice,
we have a lot of distribution partners in our
distribution network, we have established strong
distribution channels outside our country and we
constantly tend to increase that number. Because
of our company policy about distribution and our
treatment of the distributors, our business
connections are very strong with each one of them
and their loyalty toward us is great. After all,
because of that policy, our first distributors
are still with us and they have their share in
our road to success.
