History
Severe loss of appetite Persistent severe
vomiting Inability to retain solids and liquids
even for few minutes Pain abdomen especially
epigastria worse eating and better by cold
drinks Distention of abdomen worse after
eating. Not passed stools for 20 days.
History of having consumed hydrochloric acid in
bid to commit suicide.
Lean cache tic pale Wt. 23 kgs Wt loss,
Dehydration and exhaustion

Hb 6 mg. Urine Routine Ketone
negative X-Ray Barium meal shows multiple
erosion in gastric mucucosa with stricture
pylorus and antral part of stomach.

with a wooden stick. Fell down on the ground with
a dazed look Suffered severe burns on Lt.
Shoulder and Rt. Foot C/O. severe body ache,
muscular soreness and low grade fever.
No H/O. of convulsions, Fractures, head injury
and loss of consciousness
O/E ECG Normal S. Electrolytes Normal
Within 12 hrs started C/O. severe burning at
points of injury with Livid redness of the
injured site with serosanguinous oozing
