• Creating slides with buttons (links) to other
  slides
• Creating transitions between slides
• Putting graphics on slides
• Creating graphs

Procedure For Creating slides

• Creating a New Slide
• Go to Toolbar Insert
• New Slide
• Choose layout,click
• Click on text box, type in text

Viewing slide show

• Check your progress periodically by going to
  Toolbar View, Slide Show.
• To get out of that mode, click the lower left
  corner, End Show

To change the order of your slides

• Go to Toolbar View, Slide Sorter,
• Click down on a slide you want to move and drag
  it to its new desired position.
• To return to creating slides, go to Toolbar View,
  Normal

Inserting Graphics

• Go to Toolbar Insert
• Picture
• Choose Clipart for PPT graphics
• Or From File for your own pictures you have
  downloaded from the internet and saved onto your
  own disk
• Or copy from a webpage and paste it onto your
  slide

Creating Links to Information Footnotes

• First create the information slide
• Then go to Toolbar, Slide Show, Action Buttons,
  Last Slide Viewed. Click
• You will be given a draw tool to draw a button.
  Do so at the bottom of the slide

• Go back to original slide.
• Go to Toolbar, Action Button, Custom. Click.
• Create the button next to the information you
  want to detail.
• Choose hyperlink to slide.
• You will see a list of your created slides. Click
  the one you want to link back to.
