Content Model - Definition
  • a set of standardized behaviors
  • logical assemblages of content units
  • disseminators encapsulating the data preserved by
    the digital object
  • methods to end users, applications, and other
    digital repositories

8
Our Approach to Modeling Behaviors
  • Decompose disseminators into base groups or
    atomic units (behaviors)
  • We refer to these groups of behaviors as Content
    Modeling Fragments.
  • Support inheritance and polymorphism
  • Output is of presentation-neutral nature

  • An XML-defined set of actionable URIs
  • Made up of action groups
