• 1. The project needs to utilise a broad range of
  technologies to reach the maximum number of young
  people e.g. written surveys, focus groups,
  interactive website, blogging, social networking
  sites, etc.

• 2. The project needs to be flexible enough to
  accommodate young peoples different modes of
  participation eg face to face meetings, work
  commitments, after hours participation, exam
  times etc.

• 3. One of the goal's is to help all of the
  community understand young people and their roles
  and aspirations and counteract negativity
  regarding young people in the community. For
  example challenge stereotypes-skate parks,
  public spaces.

• 4. Ongoing monitoring of the skills development
  of the young people involved in the project. e.g.
  what will each participant gain from being
  involved?

• Confidence Building

• Time Management

• Public Speaking

• Research Methodology

• Working in a Team

• Risk Management
