Black Hairy Tongue
-Caused due to elongation of filiform papillae of
tongue -This type of elongation may be also
caused by prolonged use of hydrogen peroxide
rinse.(Oxygen liberating rinse) -What questions
should be asked?

Abrasion
-This cervical abrasion is caused by tooth

-Note the incisal surfaces of lower anterior

are smooth saucer shaped areas of enamel loss.

discoloration of most teeth

Note the discoloration at the cervical one third
