  • HIT isnt magic it amplifies what is.
  • Make an investment for the long term Ford
    Explorer.
  • Do not underestimate the need for change
    management.
  • You can never over communicate.
  • Technology is the easy part.
  • Be realistic.
  • You dont have to do this alone.
