4Significance
- The administrative management and support will
ensure that excellent progress is made and will
keep the synergy between the investigators moving
and will ensure that exciting results and
discoveries are made.
5Specific Aims
- Aim 1 To Organize Executive Committee, Internal
Advisory Committee, External Advisory Committee
and Scientific Meetings - Aim 2 To communicate with the NCI Project
Officer and staff and aid in preparing all
internal and external progress reports and
documents - Aim 3 To organize a Administrative and
Scientific Research Retreats - Aim 4 To coordinate quality control and
assurance of the services provided by the Cores,
oversee expenditures, and maintain up-to-date
budget information. - Aim 5 To assist with preparation of P01
publications - Aim 6 To establish and maintain electronic
communication and conduct regular audio-or
web-conferencing among all Program Project
Investigators and Core Directors. - Aim 7 To establish and monitor policies for the
recruitment of women and members of ethnic
minority groups to this Program, to monitor for
misconduct or fraud and to take responsibility
for overall compliance with all government and
NCI regulations and requirements - Aim 8 To provide biostatistical and
bioinformatics support, including experimental
designs and data analysis, as described in the
Aims of each research project and microarray and
tissue array to seek for genes differentially
expressed in the cell culture/animal models and
in clinical specimens.
