    regional and local level, provided they have a
    negotiating power
  • Aiming at setting up with their counterpart an
    autonomous frame for management and labour in the
    hospital and healthcare sector

    for SDC opening
  • Representativity check the two parties are
    recognized representative social partners for
    their sector in July 2006
  • The sectoral social dialogue committee officially
    launched in September 2006
