Class Discipline
  • Be a Friend

Before school
  • School open at 700 a.m.
  • Child goes to cafeteria
  • 730 children go outside
  • 755 bell rings
  • 800 tardy bell

After school
  • Pick up is at the East side of building
  • No parking in the pick up area
  • Children will be seated on the side of building
    to wait for pick up
  • We ask that the children tell us good bye before
    they leave. This is for your childs safety.

Buses
  • Students need to be met at their drop point.
  • We must be notified if your child will not be
    riding the bus on a specific day.

Cafeteria
  • Students may bring a lunch box or eat a cafeteria
    lunch
  • Breakfast and lunch tickets must be purchased in
    the cafeteria

Attendance
  • Students are expected to be in school everyday
    unless they are ill
  • If your child is going to be absent you need to
    notify the office 778-4600 (if you dont call us
    we will call you)
  • Excuse note MUST be sent to be considered an
    excused absence

Grading Policy
  • District policy
  • Class work/Homework is 30
  • Formative tests are 40
  • Summative (6 weeks test) is 30

Grades online
  • Sign up for access to grades
  • Be patient with teacher
  • May change from day to day

Progress Reports
  • Every 3rd or 4th week
  • All students will receive a progress report

Report Cards
  • They are electronic.
  • Will go out at the end of each six weeks grading
    period.

Tutorials
  • Reading and Math
  • Will begin after testing is completed
  • Parents will be notified if your child qualifies
  • Tutorials will be done during class time

Homework Binders
  • Needs to be completed daily
  • Check binders daily
  • Please place all notes to teacher in binder
    (backpacks are not checked for notes)

    pants/shorts not dresses

  • Only one party a month
  • Parents of children who share a birthday month
    must get together and plan for only one party
  • NO PIZZA
