and avoiding unhealthy calories is as important
as observing a proper workout regime.  If health
and fitness is our goal, weve got to make
changes in our eating habits. Not eating junk
foods, fried or sugary foods can be a pain for
many of us but the first step is to choose the
right kind of foods and avoid whats not. While
there are a lot of different opinions regarding
which foods are healthy and which are not, it is
important to focus on the quality and the
quantity of your food. Eating too much of a
healthy food will definitely not serve your
purpose of eating healthy.

So, no matter how difficult and hectic life is,
taking care of our body should be one of our top
priorities. The efficiency and ease with which we
can fulfil our other tasks and roles, depend on
how healthy and active we are! So when we say No
Pain No Gain we mean that we need to bear the
pain of overcoming our lethargy, our bad eating
habits and rescheduling our lives to have a 
better understanding of our own selves rather
than just blindly following too many apps and
gadgets for better fitness. We need to realize
that our body and physique is a structure that
needs to be kept healthy for as long as possible
with our efforts to ensure maximum productivity.
We can gain the benefits of being healthy and fit
once weve fought past the pain of comfort and
