    expectations, and responsibilities for local
    districts to meet or exceed to support student
    graduation from high school. We find it helpful
    to think about them in two categories

  • Completion of the Individual Career and Academic

    Language Proficiency Standards, and Career and
    Technical Education (CTE) standards

Stakeholder Engagement
Meaningful stakeholder engagement can be the
difference between a good idea and successful
implementation OR successful implementation at
one site and scale throughout the district. It
is one of the biggest potential liabilities in
this work and it often gets short shrift.
