  • Our culinary faculty bring a wealth of
    knowledge to the classroom and kitchen. All are
    highly qualified, and have worked as chefs and
    managers in various hotels, restaurants, and food
    service establishments around the world.

Culinary Arts Certificate Program
  • We offer a 1 year certificate program, with
    full time study, in culinary arts.
  • These classes will apply towards our 2 year
    associate degree in Hospitality Management, Food
    Service Management, Hotel Management, and
    Nutrition.
