DESIGNATION OF IMPORT LICENSING SYSTEM

• The importance of ODS import system is to
  provide that the importers should have the right
  to have like licensing
• The reasons for Import - Export Licensing System
  are as follow
•     A The Check of Import/Export Licensing
• B Import/Exportit Licence should gathering
  information for total amount quantity for ODS,
  imported and exported, simple or mixed cimically
  materia
• C Import Licensing provide is like a door
  for checking and for the last using of ODS .

• Import Licence is used to
• a) In tracking of imported substances for
  different consuming
• b) Avalibility of market of controlled substances
  (recomanded by MP agreement)
• c) Having knowledges for (CFC drejt HCFC)
  cimicates subtances.

SECOND STEPAPLYING OF PRIORITY LEVEL

• Giving of Annual Quantity Permition that is
  accepted to import by
• a) Respecting the obligations of MP
• b) Reduced time for using of ODS (Australia,
  Suedia, EU, Malajzia begun since 92)
• c) Improvemen of technology
• d) Having of Environmental Lidership
• e) Having Healthy Environment

THIRD STEP How aplying the permition for
eachimporter

• a) The permission shoud be given strictly,
  compared with the precedent year ?
• b) The permission shuld be transferable to
  another importer ?
• c) What is the peroid available for each
  permission ?
