Planning for College and Career?
  • You need to know about yourself in order to make
the best decision about your future goals.

style, offers the program you need to pursue
your career goals, and comfortable environment.
  • Talk to your Guidance Counselor and Career
    Specialist.

9
How to decide what is the best career for you!
  • Ask yourself these questions.
  • What do I like to do for fun?
  • What do I like to read about?
  • Who is the one person that I admire the most?
  • What class inspires me the most?
  • What are my strengths and weaknesses?
  • Where do I want to live?
  • What was the one career that I talked about as a
    child?

10
Dont be afraid to think outside the box!
  • Connect what you are good at and passionate about
to the jobs that are out there, not the other way
    around!
  • Example You like the idea of working in the
health field with children? Nursing is a great
way to do it, but so is respiratory therapy,
    speech language pathology, physical therapist
assistant, and the list goes on and on. Which way
    is best for you?
