The idea . . .

• Pilot program to facilitate contacts between
  competition agencies to make the expertise of
  more experienced ICN members available to less
  experienced agencies
• Requested by panel of newer agencies at 2005 ICN
  Annual Meeting in Bonn
• Implementation by CPI Technical Assistance
  Subgroup

Implementation Two Programs

• Partnership Program
• Pairs experienced agencies with less experienced
  ones
• Each pair of agencies works together in the way
  that works best for them

• Consultation Program
• ICN members volunteered to make themselves
  available to consult with less experienced
  agencies
• Each agency posts its contact details on ICN
  website
• E-mail or telephone consultations result
