Instruction look like?
  • Purpose
  • Offer local seminars to provide teachers
    opportunities to renew their teaching license
    through recertification points and/or college
    credit.
  • To allow teachers to attend seminars for
    re-certification points within the constraints of
    tight staff development budgets.
  • These seminars are paid for by the school systems
    allowing teachers to attend for FREE!

  • Started in 2009
  • Six school systems have participated with over
    3,300 participants attending 71 seminars in the
    past three years
  • Seminars are offered based on input from teachers
    and administrators
  • License renewal options
  • 250 total re-certification h/points
  • Six college credit hours were available
