Find your districts/charters submitted

For evaluations conducted on or after July 1,
2012
  • Parent Input input from the parents and/or
    guardians--must be completed before March 1 of
    each year
  • Student Achievement which at least fifty percent
    (50) of the evaluation results are based on
    objective measures of growth in student
    achievement as determined by the board of
    trustees and based upon research
  • LEAs submit board adopted policy board minutes
    submitted to SDE by August, 2012
