- Law on waste management 6 by-laws enacted
- Law on nature protection 2 by-laws enacted
- Law on Environmental Protection Fund Enactment
of 10 b-laws has been currently undergoing the
preparation phase -
- Generally the enactment of sub-acts is late. The
total of enacted sub-acts is about 60 . In 2006
an enactment of rest sub-acts is to be expected
(including both entities).
