• 1. Click on the Send to pull down.

• 2. Choose File as your destination.

4. Hit the Create File button. This should
download a file to your computer. On my
machine it is automatically named
pubmed_result.txt

• 6. Open an Endnote library (or make a new one)
  and select "Import" from the File menu

  PubMed is not a choice,
• select "Import Filters". This will open a
  window of you filter options.
• Select PubMed (NLM).
