What Are Supplemental Educational Services (SES)?
  • Part of the Federal Governments No Child Left
    Behind Legislation
  • Extra academic help for eligible students
  • Students must receive free and reduced price
    meals to be eligible
  • Takes place outside of regular school hours
  • Transportation is not provided
  • NO COST to parents for these services

  • Parents select which SES provider is the BEST for
    their child
  • The parents, the school, and the SES provider
    identify specific academic achievement goals for
    the student, measures of student progress, and a
    timetable for achieving those goals

  • Students and tutors meet at the assigned place
    and time for the length of contract
  • SES providers are paid when students attend
