  • What is SES- Supplemental Education Services?
  • Provision of the No child left behind Act (NCLB)
    of 2001
  • Enables low income parents to seek out free
    tutoring service, for their children who are
    struggling in school.
  • Generally services are delivered out side the
    students regular school day- before and after
    school on weekends or during the summer.

  • Who Qualifies for SES?
  • Students who receives free or reduce Lunches
    and/or attends a Title I school identified by the
    state as needing improvement. Schools that have
    not meet (AYP) for three consecutive years.

  • Who Can become a SES Provider?
  • Local community centers, Technology Labs, After
    School programs, and For profits Companies, Faith
    and Community Based Organizations. Who
    successfully have the resources and tools to
    provide research base state aligned curriculum to
    develop and implement an effective SES program.
    State application is required. (TRC can assist
    organization which the State application process
    and developing a logical program model)

  • Who are Stakeholders in SES?
  • Providers, State Policy Makers an Administrators,
    Districts and School leaders and staff, Families
    and the students who receive the services.

  • How are Qualified Approved Providers
    Compensated?
  • The district compensates approve Providers
    directly for services-as earn.
  • Providers are compensated an average of
    300-1,500 per qualified student they serve.

  • Determine your organization capacity
  • What districts are offering SES
  • Program design and development model (Assessment,
    Management and Curriculum)
  • Complete and summit the State application for
    area youre planning to serve.
  • Marketing you program to the community
  • TRC- can help your organization apply and
    developed a education model to run a successful
    e- learning after school tutoring program.,
  • TRC have resource and tools need for you to
    apply.
  • TRChave successfully complete state applications
    that were approved for other faith bas
    organization ask us how we can assist you.
