Who am I?

• Tracy Bennett
• Born in Gainesville, Florida on June 25, 1986
• Senior at UF
• Elementary Education Major
• Works at Chiles Elementary school

Need to Know

• I have wanted to be a teacher since 1st grade
• I love the Gators/ sports in general and have a
  hard time accepting that people can like other
  teams- especially Georgia, Kentucky, and FSU
• Because I work with kids I have a tendency to act
  like the a lot of the time

Reasons to Teach

• I want to help make a difference in a childs
  life.
• I want to share my love of learning with
  children, and ignite a spark in them.
• I had amazing teachers and I want to follow in
  their footsteps.
• I love kids!

You would be surprised to know

• I love Nascar
• I go fishing A LOT
• When I turned 18 I got a matching tattoo with my
  mother

5 years from now

• Teaching with my Masters degree- hopefully in
  Duval county (anywhere is fine as long as it is
  still in Florida)
• Married (crosses fingers)
• Healthy
• Happy with my life

Goals for 2007

• Pass the GRE
• Get all As
• Catch a Red Fish that I can legally keep
