  • LSC has already been developing a new funding
    approach - known as agenda for change
  • Supported by external advisory group
  • Involves providers from all sectors of education,
    including schools
  • Two technical consultation documents have been
    published (Most recently May 2006)
  • Recommendations in a late autumn DfES/LSC
    consultation on new funding arrangements
